bridgeableTokenService: BridgeTokenLookup

Resolves a tokenId to the token bridgeable to a network (the BridgeableTokenService). Every method that takes a tokenId goes through it, so it is required: a missing lookup is refused at construction (INVALID_BRIDGE_OPTION), not at the first call.
