How to reach the gateway for reads. Reads are unsigned: no signer is involved.

The GalaChain gateway base URL; every read POSTs to
<gatewayBaseUrl>/api/<channel>/<contract>/<Method> (token-contract, or
public-key-contract for GetPublicKey). '' sends the bare path, for an httpRequestor
that resolves paths against its own base (an HTTP client with a base URL). The public gateways
do not route the public-key-contract; a connect-api's .../galachain proxy base does.

The HTTP requestor; default the global fetch. Its own rejections reach the caller unchanged.
