One token and amount of a write. Name the token with exactly one of tokenClassKey (plus an optional instance) or tokenName (needs a TokenNameResolver).

The instance of tokenClassKey to move, a decimal string; default "0" (fungible).

quantity​

quantity: string

The amount in WHOLE tokens, as the decimal string the chain is to receive ("1.5" is one and a half tokens). It is signed exactly as written: never scaled to base units, never re-formatted ("1.50" stays "1.50").
