The GatewayWrites options that are refused when missing or of the wrong type (INVALID_WRITES_OPTION.params.option). walletAddress, requestTimeoutMs and uniqueKeyPrefix have codes of their own (INVALID_WALLET_ADDRESS, INVALID_TIMEOUT, INVALID_UNIQUE_KEY_PREFIX).
