Why a gateway write refused the token it was asked to move (INVALID_TOKEN_REFERENCE.params.reason). A token for the app to map to its own text.

missing: neither tokenClassKey nor tokenName was given.
ambiguous: more than one way of naming the token was given (tokenClassKey and tokenName, or a tokenName with an instance: a resolved name decides its own instance).
bad_class_key: tokenClassKey is not a class key: a pipe string needs exactly four non-empty parts, a $ string at least four (split from the right), an object four non-empty strings. A bare symbol is never a class key and none is derived from it.
bad_instance: instance is not a string of decimal digits.
