Why connecting a wallet provider failed (WALLET_CONNECTION_FAILED.params.reason):

no_accounts: the wallet answered eth_requestAccounts with no account;
user_rejected: the person declined the connection in their wallet (EIP-1193 4001);
failed: anything else the wallet threw (the original error is cause).
