Reverse bonding curve configuration for token sales
Defines the fee structure for the bonding curve:
minFeePortion: Minimum fee (>= 0.1, <= 0.5) - defaults to "0.1" (10%)maxFeePortion: Maximum fee (>= minFee, <= 0.5) - defaults to "0.5" (50%)
