The recipient: an Ethereum account (eth|<40 hex>, 0x<40 hex> or <40 hex>, any casing but a wrong EIP-55 checksum; always sent as eth|<checksummed>), or a client| alias (sent as written). eth|0x<40 hex> is not an address form and is refused (INVALID_ETH_USER_REF_PREFIX).

uniqueKey?​

The write's idempotency key: 1 to 128 characters of A-Za-z0-9._:-. Reuse a key only to retry the SAME write. Omitted: a fresh <uniqueKeyPrefix><uuid v4> is minted (CSPRNG).
