gswap toolset: tools and prompts

The gswap toolset of @gala-chain/gala-mcp-server 1.0.0-rc.9 provides GSwap DEX quotes, swaps, pools, liquidity positions, fees, market prices and the leaderboard. It defines 32 tools and 34 prompts. A prompt is offered only when every tool it names is registered by the selection.

The same data, with every parameter's type and description, is at /mcp/gswap/tools.json. * marks a required parameter. Tools whose description says they need authentication need a wallet in full-access mode.
