launchpad toolset: tools and prompts

The launchpad toolset of @gala-chain/gala-mcp-server 1.0.0-rc.9 provides Launchpad pools, bonding-curve trading, token creation, holders, streaming, chat, moderation, overseers and the rest of the Launchpad backend. It defines 242 tools and 213 prompts. A prompt is offered only when every tool it names is registered by the selection.

The same data, with every parameter's type and description, is at /mcp/launchpad/tools.json. * marks a required parameter. Tools whose description says they need authentication need a wallet in full-access mode.
